1. General Overview

At ZS Wishlist, we strive to provide the best experience for Shopify merchants. We understand that sometimes a tool may not be the right fit for every store. Therefore, we provide a clear window for refunds to ensure you can test our features with confidence.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds based on the following criteria:

  • 14-Day Window: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription.
  • Trial Period: If you are using a free trial, no charges are made, and no refund is necessary.
  • Technical Issues: If the app is not functioning as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the time window.

Our Promise: We guarantee a hassle-free refund process if our app doesn't meet your expectations within the first two weeks.

3. How to Request a Refund

Since all billing for ZS Wishlist is handled through the Shopify Billing System, the process is simple:

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
  2. Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
  3. Uninstall the ZS Wishlist app.
  4. Send a refund request email to contact@zilancer.com with your store URL.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. Depending on your payment method and Shopify's billing cycle, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds cannot be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day eligibility window.
  • Subscriptions that were automatically renewed after a trial period where the user failed to cancel.
  • Fraudulent use of the app.
