Since all billing for ZS Wishlist is handled through the Shopify Billing System, the process is simple:
Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. Depending on your payment method and Shopify's billing cycle, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
