Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ZS Wishlist Shopify application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the app immediately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

ZS Wishlist provides Shopify merchants with a set of tools to enable "Save for Later" or "Wishlist" functionality on their storefront. This includes:

• Customer and Guest wishlist management.
• Customizable wishlist buttons and icons.
• Automated email reminders for price drops and stock updates.
• Analytics and data export capabilities.

3. Billing & Payments

All charges for ZS Wishlist are handled exclusively through the Shopify Billing System.

Subscription Plans

Depending on your chosen plan (Free, Starter, or Professional), you will be billed monthly. Shopify manages the payment method and invoicing. ZS Wishlist does not store your credit card information.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app or managing your plan via the Shopify Admin. Billing will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. User Obligations

As a user of ZS Wishlist, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your Shopify store admin access.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or illegally copy the app's code.
• Not use the app to send spam or malicious emails via the reminder system.
• Provide accurate information when registering for paid plans.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZS Wishlist is provided "as is" without any warranty. While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we are not liable for:

• Any loss of sales or data resulting from app downtime.
• Conflicts between ZS Wishlist and other third-party Shopify apps.
• Any technical errors caused by theme modifications made by the merchant.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ZS Wishlist if you are found to be in violation of these terms, specifically regarding fraudulent activity or abuse of the service.
